For those who are less familiar with this activity, Pilates involves strengthening muscles and improving posture, balance, and flexibility through various stretching and strengthening exercises.

Our instructor, Chantal Perron’s approach is more therapeutic, with a focus on injury prevention, thanks to highly personalized instruction. During the sessions, Chantal corrects posture issues and bad movement habits, which are often the causes of joint problems and pain.

This makes it an ideal activity for our members, as this course is tailored for individuals with fibromyalgia, whether or not they have mobility issues or injuries.
